  • WHAT ARE THE APPOINTMENTS LIKE? 

    • The Elevated Bridal Experience is a fun, relaxed and enjoyable time finding your dream gown! You will have the entire boutique to yourself in a Private Bridal Appointment along with two dedicated stylists guiding you along the way. We focus on you and provide exceptional selection and service. Relax and savor this sweet journey to becoming a bride! Appointments typically last up to 2 hours. 

  • WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF YOUR WEDDING GOWNS? 

    • Our collection of designer and couture gowns range from $1800 to $6,000+, with a full range of customization options that can increase the pricing. 

  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

    • At Elevated Bridal, we require a down payment of 75% to order your gown. The remaining balance is due upon the arrival of your gown. We accept cash, all major credit cards, and electronic check. We recommend you set a budget prior to your appointment. Please keep in mind, additional fees such as alterations, expedited shipping (if needed) and taxes may be applied. 

  • DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT? 

    • Yes, we require a reserved appointment at our boutique. We offer an elevated shopping experience with dedicated bridal stylists in an intimate one on one setting as you have the entire boutique and selection of gowns to yourself. Our appointments are typically 90 minutes to 2 hours. 

  • WHO SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

    • Our boutique can accommodate up to 5 guests. We recommend you bring your closest people who you trust and value that will offer you support, love and encouragement on this very joyous day. We love all pets and children, however they are not allowed into our boutique. Our boutique is not set up to accommodate children under the age of 12. If you have a service animal, please contact us for special arrangements for they are always welcome.  

  • WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT? 

    • We ask our brides to wear appropriate undergarments, such as light-colored underwear and a strapless bra. Please bring with you any shapewear you would consider wearing. Bring shoes with the heel height you plan to wear on your wedding day. Please no spray tans within 24 hours of your appointment, you would have to reschedule, unfortunately this could damage our gowns. 

  • HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER MY GOWN? 

    • We recommend you order your gown 6 months before your wedding day. You will need to also allow time for alterations and final fittings before your big day. We have designers that offer rush delivery options, as well as ready-to-wear selections, however allowing yourself six months for the arrival of your gown is recommended.  

  • DO YOU OFFER IN HOUSE ALTERATIONS?

    • We do not offer in house alterations; we do however have a trusted alterations referral that can attend your appointments on site if you so choose as well as a list of other alterations referrals in our area.
